The course results analytics helps you view a specific course and its different related results including overall grades distribution, grading legends and more.

Activities & Grade Distribution

Once you choose the program, the course, the category and the group, you will get the relevant data that appears. You can scroll through the listed items.

•The information that the main table contains include:

oThe full name of the student.

oThe user name of the student.

oMiscellaneous includes the sum of all the grades that come out of the activities that are under the policy plan items (like Assignments, Quizzes, Practicals, Participation etc.) but are not listed under the Midterms or Final Exam.

oThe midterm grade.

oThe midterm makeup grade (if applicable).

oThe pre-final grade which is the sum of all the grades before the final exam..

oThe final exam grade.

oThe final exam makeup grade (if applicable).

oThe overall grade.

oThe letter grade.

oThe average of all these columns are at the bottom of the table.

 

•The grade distribution table contains the following data:

oThe grading policy that contains the letter grade and the minimum grade needed to achieve that letter grade

oThe number of students who achieved that grade

oThe percentage of students who achieved that grade

oThe total of all these grades is below the table

 

•The distribution of grades and percentages chart shows the data graphically. You can see the number of students who got a particular grade and see the percentage of students that got a particular grade. Hovering over them will give you the data also.
