Exams High-level Overview

This page shows you all the exams delivered in a specific date range at a high-level view, which helps enable a drill-down view per each exam/area etc.

To get the exams overview, you will need to filter the exams between two specific date. Once you do that, click on button to see the results of your criteria or click on button to download the reports of the exams delivered on this specific dates.

•After filtering by date, you will get all exams delivered categorized by Program name and exam name as charts or graphs.

•Charts, Graphs or Tables can be printed, exported as an image (PNG/JPEG), PDF document, and SVG vector image by clicking on

•Click on any program in the graph, or exam name on the second graph to show it or hide it.

•On the second half of the page, you will find a table that lists all the exams delivered on the specified date which gives you:

a.Exam Name

b.Program Name

c.Subject/Course

d.Exam Start Date

e.Exam End Date

Click on a specific exam to get more details, analytics and reports:

•You can get statistics on each exam from results, averages, total number of examinees, schools and more.

•You can see the questions that has been used in the exam by clicking on button.

•If schools altitude and latitude are stored in your account, you can view them from the map view.

•On the exam's page you can also see:

a.Graph that compares between schools that participated on this exam.

b.Lesson breakdown chart and a comparison between them.

c.Marks-ranges distribution for this exam.

d.Comparison between male and female examinees on this exam.

e.List of all areas/schools participated in the exam, which gives you: Area ID, Examinees assigned, examinees submitted, examinees passed, examinees failed, average marks, media marks.
