Pending Assessments

Pending assessments are the assessments that have been created but not yet taken by students. This allows you to add or remove questions or change the organization.

When you add a new assessment it will be added to the pending assessments. Click to add an assessment.

Find an Assessment

To quickly find an assessment within all the pending assessments:

1.Go to the "Select a program" drop down menu.

2.Choose the program you want the assessments of.

3.Go to "Select a course" drop down menu.

4.Choose the course you want the assessment from.

5.Go to "Select an assessment type" drop down menu.

6.Choose the type of the assessment.

7.View the assessments related to your selection in the table.

Manage an Assessment

You can manage simple aspects of an assessment directly from the table. These aspects include the following:

•Click on the title of the assessment to go to "Manage Settings" for full editing.

•View the type of the assessment (e.g. ).

•View the status of the assessment (e.g. ).

•You can also choose an action such as: Desktop Preview, Edit, Manage Questions,

Publish, Delete the assessment from the "Choose Action" drop down menu.

Download Widget for Mobile

SwiftAssess Assessment widgets can be used to take Exams/Practice tests inside interactive digital books such as iBook or EPUB.

For a Published assessment that has Availability for Mobile Delivery allowed, you can download the iBook or EPUB widget.

•Under the Choose Action menu, click on Download Widget and the widget will be downloaded in a ".zip" file which will contain both the widgets.

If the date assigned for the assessment to be taken has passed, the error sign appears beside the assessment title.
