An examinee must be assigned to at least one group. However, he/she can be assigned to several groups. There are two ways to assign examinees to groups: from "Manage Categories and Groups," or "Manage Examinees."
Assign Examinees to Groups from "Manage Categories and Groups"
Assign examinees to groups in the Group Details widget: 1.Select an examinee(s) from the list labeled "Examinees." 2.Click . 3.Examinee(s) will be added to the list labeled "Assigned Examinees."
To remove an examinee: 1.Click on the examinee in the list labeled "Assigned Examinees." 2.Click .

Assign Examinees to Groups from "Manage Examinees"
Assign examinees to groups in the Manage Examinee Details widget: 1.Choose a category from the drop down menu labeled "Select a Category." 2.Select a group(s) from the list labeled "Examinee Groups." 3.Click . 4.The group(s) will be added to the list labeled "Assigned To."
To remove a group: 1.Click on the group in the list labeled "Assigned To." 2.Click .

Conditions
•To remove an examinee from a group, he/she must not be assigned to as assessment.
•An examinee can be added or removed from a group as long as he/she has not done any assessments on that group.
College Account
•An examinee cannot be in two or more Active Groups in the same category at the same time.
School Account
•An examinee cannot be in two or more Active Groups at the same time.
