If you want to clear the downloaded cache(s), you have to go to "Downloaded Assessments" section in the ACU dashboard:
Then click "Choose Actions" then "Clear Cache"
Note:
•You can Clear cache only if the number of submissions is zero.
•Use Clear Cache when everything has been synced and the assessment won't be used again.
• Once Clear Cache is clicked any other pending syncing will not be done. So the best solution is to allow one to two days after the assessment deadline before clearing cache.
If you had problems while syncing submissions from ACU to the Cloud: •If you're connected to cloud, make sure there's Internet connectivity before syncing. •If you're not connected to cloud, make sure you have network connectivity on your private cloud/data center. •Session idle time may cause the screen to refresh or logout. |
