Sync Submissions

"Downloaded Assessments" section in the ACU dashboard will look like this:

 

Downloaded Assessments

 

This section lists all the assessments that have been previously downloaded/cached. You can choose to update a certain assessment's cache. sync submissions made to an assessment or simply delete a specific assessment cache. In this section you can see a table that tells you the Assessment Name, Number of submissions and multiple Actions regarding it.

 

You can click on # of Submissions number   to track the exam submissions.

 

 

This popup window will show you detailed information about the submissions such as:

 

Exam name and number of questions in the exam. And a table that shows you the username of the examinee, the number of questions synced by the examinee and the time elapsed for the examinee for this exam.

 

 

You can also filter submissions for the exam from this drop down menu between:

oFull Submission: List of examinees who finished the exam and synced.

oPartial Submission: List of examinees who paused the exam, synced it and then resumed it but did not fully completed yet.

oNot Synced Yet: List of examinees who did not sync their exams yet and still doing the exam.

 

You can also click on “Refresh View” button to refresh the number of questions synced, it’s helpful to track the examinees who partially synced the exam questions but not all of it and the ones who didn’t sync yet.

 

- You can Export the information in the table to an Excel Sheet by clicking   button.

   -  The table fits up to 50 usernames and its information per page.
 

 

Under "Choose Action" menu you can see: Sync submissions 

 

Sync submissions is used for syncing students results. 

 


 

If the student paused the exam and synced then the admin clicked "Sync Submissions" the student cannot go back and resume the exam. If such a case happened it cannot be resolved.

 

Note: It's important to give buffer time of 1 to 2 hours after deadline before syncing submissions because:

 

1.Some Students caches may have not been synced yet. Giving enough time for all the students to sync advisable.

2.In cases where students have interruption in their session, a partial sync may occur (not the complete submission) and students will resume.
