The Android Mobile App on SwiftAssess allows students to take different Assessments from one place through a Native App on any Android tablet device. It also allows for high security Exams to be taken since the App can lock the student in the exam until its fully submitted, ensuring the security of the exam session and no chances of cheating.

The operating system on your Android tablet device has to be Android Lollipop or later. |
To be able to use the secure apps on Android tablet devices, you will have follow these steps to be able to access the SwiftAssess secure exam(s).
1.Deploy the app with "Device Owner" permissions through the MDM (Mobile Device Manager).
2.Launch the SwiftAssess App.
3.When the App starts, it will look normal at the startup and all buttons (back button, close button, & multi-task button) will appear as expected. Once the students log in and start the secure exam they will enter the secure mode.
Locked App Restrictions
When the app is locked for secure assessments, the following has to be noted:
•The home & multi-task buttons will disappear.
•The only button that would appear on secure mode is the back button, whenever the student clicks the back button, a message appears saying “Screen is pinned. Unpinning isn’t allowed by your organization “ which means that the student will be locked inside the app & he/she won't be able to exit the app until he/she submits the exam.
