Secure iPad App

The iPad Mobile App on SwiftAssess allows students to take different Assessments from one place through a Native App on iPad. It also allows for high security Exams to be taken since the App can lock the student in the exam until its fully submitted, ensuring the security of the exam session and no chances of cheating.

The secure iPad apps help you take high stakes exams in the iPad securely.

To be able to use the secure apps on the iPad, you will have to follow a few steps to be able to access the SwiftAssess secure app.

1.Provision the device using the configurator.

2.Connect the devices through the MDM(Mobile Device Management).

3.Upload the app into the MDM and select the setting for ASAM(Autonomous Single App Mode).

4.These steps would allow the app the enable the lock mode.

Locked App Restrictions

When the app is locked for assessments, the following has to be noted regarding MDM for ASAM:

•The home button, side switch for locking screen rotation, side switch for muting sounds, sleep/wake hardware buttons are all disabled.

•Notifications by other services are all disabled.

Secure exams will appear only in the secure iPad app. They will not appear in the mobile web for the list of exams.
