The general or default accounts on SwiftAssess are for those systems that are not divided in a typical college/school type. In this type of account, you can arrange the groups and categories based on your preferred choices of division.
•Category. In a general account, you can categorize based on the number of divisions that you would like to have. For example a category could be an offered course (e.g. ICDL).
•Group. A group in a general account could be a division or a branch of the institution that offers the course (e.g. Abu Dhabi branch).
