The Hotspot questions present examinees with an image that contains one or more pre-defined spots or locations that needs to be clicked. This question is in the Advanced Types and is only available in Assessments. On the Add Question page, click on "Hotspot". You will be redirected to the editor for the Hotspot question.
Add a New Hotspot Question
•Here you can upload the image for the hotspot question and edit it. The allowed types of images are PNG or JPEG. The maximum file size is 1 MB per file. Once your image has been uploaded, you will get an editor for the question.
•In the Question Content section, under "All", you can choose whether all spots should be selected. The scores will be all or none, unless partial answer is allowed. •You can also select, under "One of each color" whether multiple spots of the same color will be treated as one spot. In this case, one of each colored spots should be selected. •You can also select, under "Single" if only one spot should be selected. In this case, partial answer does not apply. •Now, you can edit the image by adding spots for the examinee to select. •There are three types of shapes for the hotspots. They are circle, rectangle and triangle spots. •There are also three colors that can be added which Red, Green and Blue •To add a new spot to the picture, click on the shape of the spot you want and then click on the area of the picture that you want the spot to appear.
