Download the App

•Go to “GooglePlay” and look for “SwiftAssess Observer” app, download it and install it.
Enter Account URL

•When you open the launch, you will be required to enter your account URL (school, college, other). Then proceed.
•If you don’t have an account on SwiftAssess, you can sign up.
Logging In

•Then, you will have to enter your username and password, then proceed.
• You can also go back to the previous page and change the account URL.
Online Forms

•This is the Page that displays the online published forms assigned to the user. The user can search through all forms or search through a filtered list of the forms and downloads it.
•The user can view some information available about the form without downloading the form.
Downloaded Forms

•This page displays the forms downloaded by the user. The user can delete, open and upload the form in addition to search and filter for downloaded forms.
•This page works completely offline.
•The user can view some information available about the form without actually opening the form.
Filling the form

•This is the form view the user will see when filling out the form. In this example the user can see multiple criteria, the user must click on each criterion to rate and evaluate then move to the next criteria.
Form Types

•The observer can view the question and choose one or more answer for this form type.
Rating

•The Rating questions may have sections, each section revealing multiple criteria upon expanding.
•If a rubric is attached, it will be displayed, and the chosen rating will be shown to the user.
•There are two types of rating, one with starts and the second with points as seen above.

•This is where the user can see the all information available on the selected form:
oSummary: will display everything else that could not be fit in the list view.
oProgress: If the form is not downloaded, it will not appear until you download it. It will give more details about the progress of the form, including where they had left off, which students have been completed and which haven’t even been started yet.
oQuestions: navigate between the form questions.
Feedback on Forms

•On each form, you can write your feedback whether in typing in a text field, record a video, record an audio or take a picture.
•If it’s required to put a feedback, you will find * next to the feedback button.
Sync the form

•Once you finish the form and want to upload it, go back to the form viewer and click on this button (1).png){kind=small}
then click “Sync”
•You will also find a full outlined circle on the date like this .png)
which means the form was filled 100%.
Privacy and Security

•Screenshots and screen recordings are not allowed in this app to maintain privacy of the data captured
•The evidence captured in the form of photos and videos are stored outside the gallery away from users’ access to maintain privacy
