Observer forms is are used in SwiftAssess for the user to create his/her forms to rate, evaluate or audit objects, people or behaviors in a standardized way using the SwiftAssess Observer App.

There are two parts in using the Observer:

 

- Creating and building the forms using your SwiftAssess Account.

- Filling the forms using the SwiftAssess Observer App.
