This is the main dashboard, the user can navigate from one page to another, such as Profile Information, Online Forms, Downloaded Forms, Calendar, About, and Settings.

Online Forms

This is the Page that displays the online published forms assigned to the user. The user can search through all forms or search through a filtered list of the forms and downloads it.

The user may know the important information, such as the Form title, a preview of the description, and an icon that indicates how close the due date is (Orange for same day up to 3 days, Red for passed).

The user can view all information available about the form without downloading the form.

Downloaded Forms

This page displays the forms downloaded by the user. The user can delete, open and upload the form in addition to search and filter for downloaded forms.

This page works completely offline.

The user may know the important information, such as the Form title, a preview of the description, and an icon that indicates how close the due date is (Orange for same day up to 3 days, Red for passed).

The user can view all information available about the form without actually opening the form.

Calendar

This calendar presents to the user the time focus on the forms.

It consists of a Calendar View as well as a List View that displays forms similarly to Downloaded Forms does if downloaded and Online Forms if not.

The colour scheme is also the same in addition to Green for uploaded forms, Blue or Yellow for all other forms.

Filling the form

This is the form view the user will see when filling out the form. What shows in the Question Page section depends on the type of question that is selected.

The navigation pane will have a list of the questions in the form, the icon depending on the Question Type. There will also be a visual cue   if that question has been completed.

The user can hide the students and questions that have been completed. Also, the form will open up on the student and question they left off last time

The questions will automatically be saved and marked as complete as they navigate away from them, but they will also be given a way to mark questions as unfinished before leaving it

Form Types

Multiple Select/Checklist

The observer can view the question and choose one or more answer for this form type.

Rating

The Rating questions may have sections, each section revealing multiple criteria upon expanding.

If a rubric is attached, it will be displayed, and the chosen rating will be shown to the user.

There are two types of rating, one with starts and the second with points as seen above.
