Add a New Multiple Select Question for Observer Forms

To add a new choice to the question, click the  button and you will get a new text editor to provide more choices for answers.

To delete a choice from the question, hover towards the left of the text editor of the option and you will see a  button. Click on it to delete that choice.

Specify the choices for answers in the Choices section of the rich text editor.

Select the answer(s) that are correct by clicking the circle(s) to the right of the text editor.

When you select "Accept Partial Answer" from the Additional Options column in the Advanced Settings mode, it allows you to assign individual weights in terms of percentages to the answers. You can add weights for the correct and incorrect answers. The total weights of the choices must equal 100%.

The minimum number of choices for Multiple Select questions is three. You will get a warning message saying that you have reached the minimum number of choices.

You can also add Mathematical choices to the editor. Toggle from the  settings to the  settings in the "General Information" section and use the  button to run the Mathematical Editor. After clicking "Accept" you can copy the resulting image in the choices editor.
