Add a new form

 

 

 

 

To add a new observer form:

 

1.Click on "Add Form(s)" button

2.A pop-up windows will appear (similar to the one on the right) which will let you control where will you be adding the new form.

3.Select the program that you need to add the form to.

4.Select the course that you need to add the form to.
The term will be set automatically for the active term in your account.

5.Click on "New"

6.Choose the assessment plan.

7.Type the new form title.

8.Click on "Create" button.

9.You will be taken to the "Observer Form Settings" to edit the settings of your new form.

 

 

Reuse forms

To reuse an existing form:

 

1.Click on "Add Form(s)" button

2.A pop-up windows will appear (similar to the one on the right) which will let you control where will you be adding the new form.

3.Select the program that you need to add the form to.

4.Select the course that you need to add the form to.
The term will be set automatically for the active term in your account.

5.Click on "Reuse".

6.Select the existing form.

7.Type the reused form title.

8.Click on "Create" button.

9.You will be taken to the "Observer Form Settings" to edit the settings of your new form.
