ACU Live Progress

This page shows you results from all areas on an ACU exam.

When you open the page:

•You will have to specify a start and end date to filter all the exams in this duration.

•Click button after choosing the dates to filter.

After that, a table will appear which will show you all the exams available and additional details on each exam. Click on the exam name to access the exam live dashboard.

This dashboard gives you real-time data of all the Areas/ACUs taking this exam.

•By default, the viewer will show you an overview of all areas. You can check the progress of each Area by choosing the specific area.

•The overview section gives information about examinees attendance and percentages of it in figures or charts.

•The map will show you pin points of area locations.

This is the exam summary that will appear on the side of the dashboard, it shows you the following:

•Exam status ( Not started, Ongoing, Finished)

•Time for the exam to start, or time remaining for the exam to finish.

•Exam start and end date.

•Active areas out of the areas participating in this exam.

•Number of examinees attended out of the total assigned examinees.

•Number of question in the exam.

•Exam total duration.

•A chart that shows you the overall progress for this exam.

This is the Progress & Submissions section, it shows you the following:

•Incomplete count and percentage.

•Number of examinees who submitted the exam and percentage.

•Chart to show Submitted vs Incomplete examinees.

•Students submissions count and percentage.

•Examinees that submitted after the time is done (timer submissions).

•Incomplete submissions for this exam.

•Late submissions for this exam.

•A chart that shows you a comparison between all the previous stats.

•A table that gives you all the information needed about the participated examinees in each area. If you click on any area, it will take you to the exam results page.
