Exam Cover Sheet
Exam Question Sheet - Exam Answer Sheet
•The answer sheet contains information such as Student Name, Username, Test name, Group Name.
•Page number for the answer sheet.
•The bubbles are for multiple choice, multiple select questions. It can also be used for True or False question types.
•3 QR Codes that store the information of the examinee and it's helps us get the data while scanning, that's why it's not allowed to scratch or write on the QR codes.
Additional Answer Sheet
Additional Answer Sheet if applicable, will work like this:
•The examinee must fill the question number that needs to be answered (manually graded question only).
•After that, the examinee can write a response in its corresponding area.
Important Notes to the students
Do:
•The examinee is required to fill one bubble (choice) if the question type was multiple select questions.
•The examinee is required to fill multiple bubbles (choices) but not all of them if the question type was multiple select questions.
•The examinee is required to write the response of the handwritten question in the specified field only.
•Students shouldn't leave any side marks or notes on the answer sheet as it won't be considered or accommodated in the scanning.
•Students should use a pen when writing or highlighting bubbles as well as open-ended responses
•Students should either fully highlight a bubble, cross it, or tick-it. Circling the bubble or ticking below it or in any way not marking the actual bubble will result in not scanning that answer and skipping it.
•Students should leave notes of uncertain answers on their "Question sheet" and only answer on the bubble sheet when they are confident to avoid changing an answer that was already highlighted in the bubble section.
•The student shouldn't write outside of the Open-ended area or at the back of the page as these aren't considered or accommodated in the scanning
Don’t:
•Fill two bubbles if the question was a multiple choice.
•Scratch over the barcode or page number since it’s going to be scanned and data will be ready from it.
•Write outside the handwriting field (whether it’s plain, grid or striped). Any content outside the writing field won’t be scanned and won’t be graded.
Notes:
•For the bubbles, if the examinee filled two choices in a multiple-choice question, the system will choose the most filled choice.
•If the question was a multiple-select question and the examinee filled all the choices, the grade will give a Zero for this question.
Common What-IFs:
•A student answers incorrectly or highlights the wrong bubble by mistake?
- From the dashboard online in the "Print Assessment Page", teachers can choose to download the answer sheet for that student again in order for them to re-do their answers on the new sheet.
•A student answers on a new answer sheet, but the teacher scanned both the old and new answer sheets?
- Our scanning app will remove duplicates for any exam/page/student and only accommodate one instance as per the last one scanned. In case 2 or more of the same answer sheets were scanned, only the last one will be considered, and the previous ones ignored
- Best Practice: By default, if a new sheet is to be printed for a student, older sheets need to be discarded to avoid confusion.
