In this section you will learn how to take an assessment via Paper. Paper assessments lets the students take Assessments offline.
Paper based exams is a classic way of doing the examination, but using SwiftAssess printable exams is a combination of using the technologies for Auto-grading the basic question types such as Multiple choice, Multiple Select, True or False and using the handwritten question which will be graded manually later on inside the platform.
In SwiftAssess, Paper Assessment consists of 2 sheets:
•Question Sheet
The questions sheet is a printed version of the Assessment, it contains the same information and questions in the assessment.
•Answer Sheet
The answer sheet is a paper that contains answers related to a specific assessment.
To configure a printable Exam:
From the assessment settings:
•From Delivery & Access tab, Choose "Allow for Printing" (1).png){kind=small}
•If you have manual graded question types in your assessment, you must "Allow Manual Grading" from General Tab. .png)
•Click on .png){kind=small}
button to go to the editing page of the question/answer sheet.

The question sheet will have a version and the answer sheet will have a version related to the one created in the question sheet. |
