The Rubric Content section is where you can add the main part of the rubric which is to do with the Criteria and the Achievement Level. The Criteria for the rubric is the data for which an achievement level is awarded(e.g. For a Speaking question rubric, these criteria could be "Coherence", "Clarity", "Confidence" etc.).  The Achievement Level is the level or the grade for the criteria you select(e.g "Excellent", "Good", "Poor").

Manage Criteria

For the criteria for a rubric, you can:

Enter the criteria in the text fields provided.

To add a new criterion, click the  button.

Enter the weights for the criteria in percentages. The total percentages of the weights for all the criteria should equal 100%. You can click the  button to automatically balance all the weights for your criteria.

To delete a criteria you can click the  button next to the text field to delete that criteria.

The minimum number of fields for criteria is 1.

Manage Achievement Level

For the achievement level for a rubric, you can:

Enter the achievement level in the text fields provided.

To add a new achievement level, click the  button.

Enter the weights for the achievement level in percentages.

To delete a criteria you can click the  button below the text field to delete that achievement level.

The minimum number of fields for criteria is 2.

When you add a new rubric, the default is 3 Criteria and 3 Achievement Levels. You can make changes to suit the needs of your rubric.
