Publish/Unpublish a Rubric

This section helps you Publish or Unpublish Rubrics.

Publish a Single Rubric

To publish a single rubric:

1.Go to an unpublished rubric that you would like to publish and go to the Choose Action menu and select Publish.

2.Confirm publishing the rubric.

Publish Multiple Rubrics

To delete multiple rubrics:

1.Select the different unpublished rubrics that you would like to publish and check the boxes beside them.

2.Then, you can see a button appear which you can click to Publish the selected rubrics.

Unpublish Rubrics

When you edit a published rubric and save new changes to it, the rubric becomes unpublished if it is not linked to any questions.
