The general options of an assignment allows you to add details about the assignment. The availability of other options depend on the choices you take in the settings.
Manage General Settings
You can manage the general settings of an assignment as follows:
•Change the assignment title
•Enter the assignment description, the rich text editor will help you style, add media, links and more to the description

Both title and assignment description fields are required. |
•You can choose whether to enable/disable the option of override plan marks. If it was enabled, type the number of marks.
•Grading rubrics option will be set to --No Rubric Selected-- by default, if you already created a rubric and prefer to use, choose the rubric name from the drop down menu.
•Then, map the assignment to its corresponding learning outcomes, lessons and indicators.
Once you finish managing the general settings, click on "Save Changes" to save your changes.
