Indicators are specific tasks an examinee must be able to perform to deduce whether the learning outcomes of the program were met or not. Hence, indicators are linked to learning outcomes.

 

 

Manage Indicators

Manage indicators of a program as follows:

1.Choose a learning objective from the list labeled "Learning Objectives."

2.Choose a learning outcome from the list labeled "Learning Outcomes."

3.View a list of previously added indicators.

4.Sort the indicators.

1.    Click on an indicator.

2.Use  to move the indicator up or down.

5.Add a new indicator.

2.Enter the indicator you want to add.

3.Click .

6.Edit an indicator.

1.Click on the indicator in the list.

2.Edit the indicator.

3.Click .

7.Delete an indicator.

1.Click on the indicator in the list.

2.Click .

 

Specify the indicator weight based on the total outcome weight.

For outcome weight, you have to enter the percent of the indicator from the whole related learning outcome indicators.

Specify the Blooms Taxonomy for this indicator from the drop down menu choices.

If your program is learning outcomes based, you should have indicators. Otherwise, it is optional.

 

Conditions

Each indicator is related to a learning outcome.
