When you go to the Renew Users page you will see this:

   In this page you can filter,view and select users to renew the accounts license, you can see:

          Filter Users:            

                                                                                                                   

•You can use filtering to refine your search results.                                         

•You can filter by Examinee or by Administrator.                                                                       

•by Examinee Filtering criteria are: By Category/Group, By Full Name, By Username or By Email. by Administrator filtering has the same filters except by Category/Group.                                                                                      

•You can click  button to start filtering based on your preferred criteria.      

          View and Select Users:    

       

•You can select the user to renew as an existing user in SwiftAssess.

•You can filter them by these groups: by Details (Name/Email), by Username.

          License bundle:

•License bundle lets you choose the available license to use in order to renew for the user.

•To renew the license for a user you can choose the available license bundle and click  button
