This section helps you to publish/unpublish a survey. By publishing a survey, you make it available for others to respond to it. Conversely, unpublishing a survey makes it unavailable for others.

These instructions are only applicable to Pending/In-Active Surveys. |
The survey "Status" column in the Pending/In-Active Surveys section indicates whether a certain survey is published or unpublished. For instance, the Status of "Sample test survey" is

There are two ways to publish survey from the Pending/In-Active Surveys section: •Choose "Publish" from the drop down menu labeled "Choose Action". •Go to survey settings and click |

Also, the option 
under .png){kind=small}
will be replaced with 
, and the status of the survey will be changed to 
. Thus, unpublishing a survey can be done by following the same steps. Also, a public link will appear underneath the published survey if you had already chosen it to be public from the survey settings.

You cannot edit the settings of a published survey. If you wish to do so, you must unpublish it first. |
If the survey you are trying to publish does not contain any questions, the following warning message will appear.
You will need to add questions to the survey (explained in Manage Survey Questions section), and then try to publish it again.
